BSDM (Bihar Skill Development Mission)

Founded in 2010, BSDM aims to enhance the capacity and capability of the system to deliver quality skill training to youth, improving their employability and addressing the growing demand for skilled manpower.

As this initiative is specifically for Bihar, Cradle Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. has implemented it in 3 districts with 7 centers:

• East Champaran
• West Champaran
• Siwan
• Shekhpura

We are committed to providing high-quality skill development to bridge the skill gap in Bihar’s workforce.
